Information we collect
Booking details (patient name, age, gender, mobile number, optional email, collection address and pincode), selected tests and packages, appointment slot, consent records, payment status and references, and enquiry messages. Administrator accounts store an email, display name and a salted password hash.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver sample collection, calculate prices, process bookings, respond to enquiries, send booking notifications you request, and keep records required to operate a diagnostic laboratory.
Payments
Payment is made in person — to the home collection staff member or at the laboratory reception — when your sample is collected. No card or UPI details are collected through this website.
Who can access your data
Authorised administrators can view bookings and enquiries to operate the laboratory. Access to patient records requires an authenticated session; every sensitive action is written to an audit log.
Retention
Booking and consent records are retained while needed to provide the service and to satisfy applicable record-keeping obligations. Enquiries may be archived after they are resolved.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact details where the law permits by contacting the laboratory. Some records must be retained for medical and legal reasons.
Security
Sessions use HTTP-only cookies, passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, all database access is parameterised, and sensitive endpoints are rate limited. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
